no, i haven’t fallen off the face of the earth. i know it’s been 23 long days since i posted, but i have a very good reason for my hiatus. drum roll please … i am now mrs. gorgeous! ta da! that’s right, folks. i got hitched, took the plunge, made it legal, got the old ball and chain. i think you get my drift. and what comes with love and marriage? (no, not the baby carriage.)more love, lovin’ … the honeymoon folks, i’m talking about the honeymoon. and boy was it a nice one. seven days, six nights on royal caribbean's rhapsody of the seas. first to key west, florida then to grand cayman/georgetown then to cozumel, mexico and finally back to galveston where we set sail.
what else is new besides having a better half?
i moved! taking two households and cramming it into one takes one thing ... well two. hard work and creativity! so, i've been busy with that.
and lastly as you all know i love a nice round 4.0. well, i've been busy basking in the glow of making another during one of the most difficult and busy times of my life. ("i love this life. i love it!")
i'm going to keep this brief because i'm still unpacking. but i'd like to say thanks to mr. gorgeous who's been a wonderful, patient significant other through all of this. thanks to melissa who helped more than my paid wedding planner (i would say real wedding planner, but who are we kidding she was so pseudo!). and thanks to our families who supported us through this special time. and thanks to all of you who didn't give up on me and kept me on your blogger list.
i'll post more later and pictures too!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! It is good that things are going great for you all. There is a television show about making two into one maybe you all can get on it. I will call off the search party now. (LOL)
