frankly i'm tired of calling customer service for every product i own or service i subscribe to and having to speak to habib. it's ridiculous how these corporations are outsourcing jobs to people who:
1. have little to no product/service knowledge
2. barely speak the english language
there are just some instances when you need to be able to clearly communicate without having to ask a person to repeat themselves so many times that you finally give up, and say i'll figure it out on my own.

You are so right about that. Nobody has customer service offices in the US anymore it seems.
